"Wellness, I came to realize, will not happen by accident. It must be a daily practice, especially for those of us who are more susceptible to the oppressiveness of the world."

Praise for ALIVE OR NOT ALIVE

"Alive or not alive is a wellness wholistic book that explores the combination of the core elements namely physical, emotional, cognitive, social, environmental and more to recognise the contribution of overall wellness.

The book is segmented into six parts which begins with the first core approach which is the "Cognitive Wellness" describing that decision making process and skills, debunking the 10% usage of the brain, judgements and biases and so on. The pursuit of other elements puts forth physical wellness to approach sleep and stress management, humour, dreams goals, community's influence and more.

The conclusion titled "What Darwin didn't know?" is my favourite section of the book. The author has conveyed numerous insightful snippets which are fascinating to read as well. This book will ultimately guide you to hone your skills and build a podium for new opportunities to forge the path. Recognising the true potential is everyone's desire and now it's your turn to tune into your destiny by incorporating these profound practices in your life.

A must read book for all. Surround yourself with a simple thought of endless possibilities. This book will take you on a journey of transforming your struggles into success and becoming an asset. Just go for it, read it. Trust me it's going to change the perception."
