“BOOKS THAT INSPIRED ME TO WRITE A BOOK”

“You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”

-C.S Lewis

“It Isn’t where you came from. It’s where you’re going that counts.”

-Ella Fitzgerald

In 2014, I was on a mastermind call with Chris. He shared his strategy and how he reads a book every week. I was in a rut despite being trained in one of the best institutions in Europe. I soon realized that my personal development is my responsibility and can’t blame any organization. Since then, it’s been a learning, unlearning, and relearning journey. I am still a work in progress!

I WASN’T PLANNING TO WRITE A BOOK when I started blogging for my start-up late last year. However, as I began the writer’s journey, family, friends, and fans started sending me books recommendation. It felt like I was drinking from a fire hose!

When I decided to take a break from Medicine 2.0 trenches, I didn’t expect this would be much fun, spending more time with my children, who have given me a rare glimpse into the complexity of the Brain and Consciousness. Also, enjoying reading, writing, Coaching & Consulting, and collaborating.

My colleagues back in ‘the trenches’ would now know why they can’t get me on the phone at the height of the Pandemic. “Being busy is not the same as being productive.” This adage is so true in my own Life!

Below are the books I read last year that inspired me to write my first book, “SMART HABITS & HEALTHY LIFE.” Of course, I didn’t include the numerous children and teen books that litter every corner of my house(One of My favorites is Harry Potter by JK Rowling!)

I am always reading as part of my personal development, so if you want to know what I am reading, you maybe want to subscribe to our newsletter. LIVE HEALTHIER, SMARTER & LONGER go to www.niranojomomdservices.com

In his book, The Sense of Styles, by Steven Pinker, one client said, “If you’re trying to date a woman, I don’t expect flowery Jane Austen prose. But aren’t you trying to put your best foot forward?”
