Friends and families have asked me how I navigated the trenches during the peak of COVID (Before the advent of Miracle Vaccine) despite my other commitmentsĀ includingĀ being a husband, father, and Well-Being Advocate.Ā Of course, having a great team and the camaraderie was great butĀ mostĀ importantlyĀ my morning routine helped me stay grounded in the busy acute wards!Ā
