In my conversation with my neighbor, let’s call him Dave( not his real name). David is a white male in his late 40’s(Don’t ask how I manage to know age. That’s the power of mindfulness. Maybe we can Sherlock Holmes?)

Dave shared his successes and frustrations in growing and weeding his garden. See the picture- what am I missing? He uses a manual method to fertilize his garden (added benefits of zone 2 exercise). I pondered for a few seconds the ‘risk and reward’ of fertilizing his garden (recalled stoic wisdom). So, I reframed from giving him unsolicited advice. My clients pay me good money for my wellness & Business Consulting!
