“Who is on your team, And how do they help you grow?”

“Una cum aliis altiora attingimus”. Together with others, we reach greater heights.”

Life often feels like a hike up a snowy mountain -Challenging, yet deeply rewarding. On such a journey, the people you surround yourself with make all the difference. Your team can inspire, support, and push you to heights you might not reach alone.

Recently, I’ve been reflecting on the importance of recognizing potential- not just in ourselves, but others. It’s not always what’s obvious on paper that matters most. Often, it’s the quiet strengths or untapped talents that make someone invaluable.

This brings me to a question: How do we identify the most promising potential in others, even when it might not be immediately visible on paper?

Whether forming teams, mentoring students, or simply hiking life’s mountain with family and friends, recognizing and nurturing unseen potential is transformative.

For me, the best teams celebrate individual strengths while working toward a common vision. A recent winter hike with family and friends reminded me how much I rely on the people in my life- their energy, creativity, and unwavering support.

“In via vitae, turma tua est fortitudo.” On Life’s journey, your team is your strength.

Who is on your team? How do they support you in conquering your peaks?

Let me know your thoughts. Let’s explore what it means to build and nurture truly impact teams!
